Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your return within 14 days of purchase.

Returns must meet the following criteria:

  1. The item must be in new and unused condition.
  2. The item must be returned in its original packaging, with all accessories and documentation included.
  3. You must have a receipt or proof of purchase.
  4. Items purchased online can only be returned in-store.
  5. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Please note that certain items, including but not limited to, custom orders, personalized items, and sale or clearance items, are non-returnable. Please contact us if you have any questions about whether an item is eligible for return.

To make a return, simply bring the item(s) along with the receipt to our store. Our staff will be happy to assist you with the return process.
